College Admission Test (BukSU-CAT) Application

To apply, prepare the following:

Personal Gmail account
For current Grade 12 students: A certification from your school principal that you are currently enrolled in Grade 12
For SHS graduates: Copy of your Report Card or High School Diploma
For Transferees: Transcript of Records or Honorable Dismissal, or a certification from your current school’s Registrar
For Returnees (stopped studying in BukSU before 2018): Request a certification from the Registrar through this link: https://forms.gle/aKoX7zTJmnTSBNNFA
For Second Courser: Transcript of Records. (If it has been more than five years since your last school attendance, you must take the College Admission Test and pay 300 testing fee)
2x2 ID picture (soft copy)– wear a white t-shirt with a white background

The BukSU College Admission Test (BukSU-CAT) is FREE for all Grade 12 students and SHS graduates who have not yet enrolled in college.
Apply online at https://admissions.buksu.edu.ph/

When filling out the online form:

Fill out all required fields correctly and completely.
Double-check your details before submitting. Incorrect information may lead to disqualification or errors in your Report of Rating.
Consult your parents/guardians before choosing your preferred BukSU campus and testing venue.
Make sure to upload all required documents, including your 2x2 ID picture (white shirt, white background), on or before March 28, 2026.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

No onsite applications will be accepted on the test day. Only those with approved schedules can take the test.
You can only take the BukSU-CAT once every school year.
